Presidential Powers Act 2017 Edit

The Presidential Powers Act 2017 was an act presented by the Republican party to remove the President's powers of vetoing legislation from the House of Representatives and Senate. However, the act was never sent to vote, instead President Rutherford announced that he was calling an election in 2018, at which all offices of state would be contested. This was supported by a voice call vote in the Senate and House of Representatives.
